Products are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, there may be occasional discrepancies. In such cases, we will fulfill available products and contact you to decide whether to await restocking of backordered items or process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs Rs. 75 for every purchase. Payment for shipping is collected with the purchase, and this amount constitutes the final shipping cost for the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due to Damage or Size Issue We accept returns due to damage or size issues if a return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must arrange their own shipment. Once returns are received and approved, refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases. We will notify you via email upon completion of the refund process. Please note, we refund the value of the returned goods but not any shipping charges.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically Domestic shipments typically take 2 - 7 days to arrive.
4.2 Dispatch Time Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when it remains closed. In such cases, we take measures to minimize shipment delays.
4.3 Change of Delivery Address You can request a change of delivery address at any time before the order is dispatched.
4.4 Items Out of Stock If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the unavailable items while dispatching the rest of the order.
4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded If the delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
